We offer delivery on all products offered on our online shop.
All products will incur an extra delivery charge when shipping to non UK mainland. This will be determined on a product by product basis for larger items.
Parcels will be delivered on a next day service to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
Carriage is charged on a box quantities basis – minimum £15 for a single box and £5 for each consecutive box up to a pallet quantity (for example, 4 boxes at £30 total).
Pallet quantities (more than 10 boxes) are charged at £75 per pallet regardless of weight, to a maximum of £225.
Pallet deliveries are on a 2-3 day service.

Items Missing If your order arrives and the parcel is damaged you should check your parcel before you sign for it to make sure that nothing is missing. If the parcel is missing an item(s) due to it being damaged you must reject the parcel and state your reason (missing items due to damage) with the courier. If your parcel arrives with no damage, but items are missing, you must make us aware of the missing items immediately so this can be looked into and resolved.

Faulty Products In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

The return must be accompanied with proof of purchase for a refund of the purchase value of the product. Alternatively, collection of the product can be arranged through our nominated carrier, please call our sales team on 01983 532163 for help with returning an item. We require the return of the products within 7 days of the refund request being made.
